Tamura Method
The Tamura Method is a gentle, somatic healing modality rooted in conscious energy touch. Developed through years of inner listening, relational presence, and intercultural embodiment work, it invites the wounded inner child into sacred reunion with the adult self.
Origin & Lineage
The Tamura Method emerged through years of personal practice, cross-cultural study, and trauma-informed refinement. While it honors influences from Eastern and Western healing traditions — including somatic awareness, depth psychology, inner child theory, and nonverbal energy work — it is an original modality developed through embodied spiritual inquiry and practitioner attunement.
How It Works
In a Tamura session, the client lies clothed on a mat or table. The practitioner works slowly with the energy body using palm rests, breath synchrony, and subtle gestures. Sessions often evoke deep emotion, somatic release, or quiet peace. No prior experience or verbal sharing is required. A single session can feel like returning home — to the wisdom of the body.
Who It’s For
Those navigating trauma, grief, or childhood wounds. People integrating psychedelic journeys or spiritual emergence. Anyone feeling disembodied or overwhelmed by thought. Not recommended for individuals actively experiencing psychosis without professional support.
