3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation:

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

3.2 Account Responsibility:

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Eligibility:

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

4.1 Health Disclosure:

By registering for workshops, events, or retreats, you acknowledge that you have completed our health questionnaire truthfully and fully. You understand that certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions.

4.2 Medical Consultation:

You agree to consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any workshop, event, or retreat, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or take medications that may be affected by the activities offered.

4.3 Assumption of Risk:

You acknowledge that participation in our workshops and events carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that you are in good physical and mental health.

4.4 Withdrawal of Consent:

We reserve the right to deny participation or request withdrawal from activities if we have concerns about a participant's health or safety, or the safety of others.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the services and events you register for.

5.2 Currency and Taxes:

All prices are displayed in the currency specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees related to your purchase.

5.3 Billing Disputes:

You agree to notify us of any billing issues within 30 days of the transaction. Disputes not reported within this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by User:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before an event: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before an event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before an event: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Company:

If we cancel an event, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule. We may cancel events due to insufficient registrations, facilitator unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Medical or Safety Withdrawals:

If you are withdrawn from an event for health or safety reasons, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

6.4 Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Content Ownership:

All content, materials, designs, and intellectual property on our Platform (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) are the property of Technologies of the Sacred or its content providers and are protected by international copyright laws.

7.2 Limited License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

7.3 User-Generated Content:

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide become the property of Technologies of the Sacred and may be used without compensation or attribution.

• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users or facilitators

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our Platform
• Record or transmit audio, video, or photography of events without consent
• Share confidential information disclosed during workshops or events
• Engage in any form of spam or unsolicited advertising

9. Recording and Photography Policy

Recording (audio, video, or photography) of workshops, events, or retreats is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from Technologies of the Sacred and all facilitators and participants. Unauthorized recording violates participant privacy and may result in:

• Immediate removal from the event
• Forfeiture of all fees with no refund
• Legal action to enforce privacy rights

10. Confidentiality and Discretion

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information, experiences, and stories shared by other participants during workshops and events. This commitment to confidentiality is essential to creating a safe, trusting environment. Breaching confidentiality may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Service:

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

11.2 No Medical Advice:

Content on our Platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making health decisions.

11.3 Educational Purpose:

Workshops and events are educational in nature. Results and experiences vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or transformations.

11.4 Limitation of Liability:
