To help us support you well during the GROF® Breathwork experience, we ask that you complete the health information questionnaire below. This information allows our facilitation team to prepare and care for the group. If a response raises a question about your participation, a senior faculty member may contact you to discuss it together. In rare cases where participation does not seem appropriate, your registration fee will be fully refunded. In some situations, we may suggest a modification to support your safety and experience.
